Article 1 Object
The general sales conditions described below detail the rights and obligations of Gabriel Field and its customers in the context of the sale of the following goods: Music scores in pdf format.
All sales services provided by myself imply the buyer’s unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
Article 2 Products presentation
The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented in the “Scores” section of our site. Photographs are not part of the contract. I cannot be held responsible for any errors on it. All texts and images presented on this site are reserved, for the whole world, under the copyright and intellectual property; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited.
Article 3 Validity period for sales offers
The products are offered for sale as long as they appear in the “Scores” section of this site.
Article 4 Product prices
The “Scores” section of my site indicates the prices in euros, all taxes included, without shipping costs (no delivery planned, only by download). VAT is not applicable in my case, according to article 293B of the CGI.
I reserve the right to modify my prices at any time but the orders are invoiced at the current price of the order record time.
Article 5 Orders
The customer validates his order when he activates the link “Pay with Paypal” or “Order” at the bottom of the page “Finalization of the order” after having accepted the present conditions of sale. Before this validation, it is systematically proposed to the customer to check each element of its order; so he can correct any possible mistakes.
The order is confirmed by e-mail and a link to the download of the products purchased is inserted in the summary; this information includes all the elements of the order and the invoice.
The recorded data are considered proof of the nature, content and date of the order. These are archived under the conditions and within the legal deadlines; the customer can access this archives by contacting me via the contact form or directly at the email address field.gabriel@gmail.com.
Article 6 Terms of payment
The payment of the orders is carried out only via the platform of payment Paypal or by Credit Card.
Article 7 Withdrawal period
In accordance with the following provisions of Article L.221-28 paragraphs 1° and 13° of the Consumer Code, the user expressly waives any right of withdrawal:
“The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts :
(…)
13° Supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, the performance of which has begun after the consumer’s express prior agreement and express waiver of his right of withdrawal.”
Indeed, given the nature of the documents supply services, which are digital contents, these exceptions to the right of withdrawal are fully applicable.
Article 8 Cancellation and refund
As the Documents are made available in digital format immediately, no cancellation or refund will be possible.
